Calling all old RCBS 510 scale owners

I'm looking to purchase a scale locally online.

Owner thinks it's a 505. It's clearly a 510.

Part number underneath is 7411 01.

I Can't see any stamping if it says made in NJ or not.

Would you guys think it's a US made or China / Mexican model? Also he hasn't told me how old is is either.

It's a 5-10 scale the housing on the one I have has some weight to it thinks it's made out of aluminum same part number stamped underneath. The box it came in says "Manufactured exclusively for RCBS by OHAUS Scale Corp. On the side of the box "Precision Engineered Model 5-10 Reloading Scale 09070"

The instructions that came with mine indicates: Manufactured for RCBS by Ohaus Scale Corporation 29 Hanover Road, Florham Park New Jersey 07932 Telephone (201) 377-9000

Going by the mint green colour and beige foot, I'd say that's a pre-80's RCBS, so definitely made in the USA.

FWIW, I prefer the 5-0-5 over the 5-10. Although the 0.1 grain dial on the 5-10 is more secure, it's quite a bit slower to use when trying to zero in on an unknown weight.
