Camcorders for videoing your own hunts

Anybody video there own hunts ? Would like to do some coyote videos and such probably something in a 20 x manual zoom HD.. in a 3-600 dollar range .. what cams are you guys using and will they works in the -20 ish weather

Not a camcorder, but I've worn a gopro on a chest mount, I liked it as it's thoughtless. Rather honest perspective as well with no zoom or angle trickery. I'll wear it for coastal grizzly and mountain goat guiding in the fall and do a new video.

I have a contour roam2. POS in my opinion. Not user friendly. You don't really know until you get home if you actually recorded anything, or if it is sideways, or upside down.
