Came into a kimber. looking for information

I came into a kimber 8400 wsm. It's a really nice rifle. It's a 7mm wsm, and I"m wondering if anyone knows the standard twist rate would be in the barrel??

So, I pulled out my cleaning kit and put the 7mm brush on it and set the brush up to pull through the chamber towards the muzzle. I got the brush engaged with the rifling about 3 inches then marked the muzzle end with masking tape, and used a marker to mark top. Then pulled the cleaning rod through till the mark was back on top. The tape measured exactly 9 inches.

After all that, I'm lead to believe that the twist rate is 1-9.5". I've done it twice and gotten the same measurement.

Kimber specs were 1-10. I remember that when I got my rifle back in 2007. Unless my mind is going. lol.

Every spec I've seen for Kimber is 1-9.5 for any 7mm for some reason... Kind of hard to argue with a cleaning rod however...

This one predates any thing on the website. It's a 2004. I don't know if that has anything to do with it...
