Spent most of last week at Camp Perry in Port Clinton Ohio.
The heat was extreem most of the week, we had high winds for 3 days and storms for one. Spent Tuesday at in processing getting registered and shopping at Manufacurers Row. Helped coach a junior shooting team in the Whistler Boy Match on Wednesday. Thursday I competed in the Carbine Match with my Rock-Ola M1, Friday I shot my 1903A3 in the Springfield Match and on Saturday I used my Springfield M1 in the John C Garand Match. We used Greek Surplus 30.06 ammo Friday and Saturday. Had no malfunctions with the ammo or rifles but I must have has a major case of CRI as I shot less than average. Still had a great time catching up with old friends and meeting a few new. Here's a link to a few pictures from last week. Hope you enjoy!
