Hi all has anyone ever used the campro brand of projectiles I am trying to find load data on them and I am not having any luck. I am more after the COAL for the 230gn HP for 45 acp. I have resalted to the plunk test , but I have so many different types of pistols in 45 acp it is proving to be tedious . Any help would be great

i've used their 9mm bullets with good success, never the 45's though. but regardless, treat them like any other 230gr ball load and use what OAL works for your gun/mag combo.

if you want ammo that works in ALL your 45's then you need to check each one and go with the shortest OAL to fit the rest. mark down the different OAL's for each gun and now you have a good idea on what OAL will work using 230 ball loads (most are close to the same shape)

Plunk test is important. But, as suggested, figure out which gun has the shortest throat, make a note of that fact in your log book and then in the future you only need to plunk test the one gun. Assuming you use the same ammo in all guns.

Figuring out overall length with these bullets is a PITA due to their weird shape, just go with the plunk test and what length feeds well.
