I have been on the prowl for a Norwegian Krag for a few years now. Have seen many, but none I could afford that had any semblance of rifling left.
Popped into SFRC today, and was eyeballing the used rimfires (a true weakness of mine). I saw a muzzle protruding between a couple of Nylon 66's, but for the life of me couldn't i.d. the .22... Well, when I inquired, the rifle in question was pulled from the rack. Most certainly not a .22, but one of the Norwegians that had been "re-purposed". Original wood gone before I joined the planet, and a finish that suggests it's been used. A face a Camster can love!
Long story short, SFRC has a space on it's rack. I have a glow in my heart, and a very itchy trigger finger.
No pics for a week, or so.
Woo Hoo
