Can 7.62x38R be trimmed to make longer 32H&R Mag cases?

Anyone know if 7.62x38R can be trimmed to make longer than spec 32 H&R Mag cases?

The idea is to cut a longer chamber on a 32 H&R Mag single shot rifle.

I guess the 327 Fed Mag is an option.

I can't answer your question, but I was wondering which company makes the single shot .32 H&R mag rifle?
It would make for a great small game rifle even with .32 S&W Long cartridges with SWC or full WC bullets.....

30 carbine can be ,as I just finished up making a bag into 300 rook .Will need a lath and just skin the outside to proper diameter and you will now have a rim when finished
