Can a Cooey 64 A stock be fitted with a 64 B plumbing?

Folks,
Trying to find out how difficult it would be to put the metal works from a 64B into 64A stock. Is there much
of a mod, or no- don't do it? Reason, a stock availability.

None, that's why they make a magazine kit to fit the 64a. Do to the plastic mag

Clayrod's right. The 64B magwell bolts right on and they make a kit. I've done 2 of them so far. The bottom metal around the magwell may have to be filed slightly.

If it doesn't drop into original 64 stock, it could be fitted.
The magazine inletting/shape may be a l'il different, and bottom plate different shaped.
Depending on "which" 64B you have original 64 stock may have to be cut/inletted for a safety.

Ive converted about 20 plastic mags to metal keyhole style. Only a few needed to have the bottom metal dremeled out
