Well it arrived and now joins the rest of the CZ family that calls my house their home. So even tho it was a hassle and there was some issues in the end I got my gun and feel that I was justified in my position and thanks for all those who thought the same

I thought Tenda was one of the "good" guys. Thank you for sharing this. They were so adamant about getting it back - so they could resell it for more.
That makes 2 dirty stores I have on my list now (other ending with C).
