i have recently come into ownership of a 303 lee enfield with the british stamp on it.it has the old sites and the windage dial.it is older but in good shape.does any one have an estimation of its worth.thanks in advance!

You'll have to be alot more specific to get guess the value. Does it still have all the wood and metal? What are the exact markings, espesically on the butt socket? Can you post pictures?

Don't forget to mention, are all the numbers on the rifle (4-5 numbers) matching, how is the bore, shiny and bright or pitted/dark/frosty? Very important questions those. Along with good pics.

With the vague desciption I would say it is worth $75 to $125. More information, better description and photographs would go a long way towards an accurate evaluation..........................
