Can anyone I.D. this rifle?

So my uncles got this rifle....
He says it was made in 1942, and the only markings on it are "KT 560" , and underneath that it says "CKO"
He says he thinks it's russian.
Anybody out there have any idea what it could be?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's bolt action, and he's had it since the 1970's if that helps.

Sounds like an old Russian Bolt Action...

sounds like an M-93 Black Arrow or SV-98 by looking at the picture but we really need a picture of the rifle in question but it really sounds like a sv 98

I've got a car, it's serial number is ######. It was made in the 60's. Possibly american.

Find out:

What the stock is made out of
How many rds in the mag
Is the mag detachable
What kind of sights does it have?
What is it chambered in?
How long is the barrel?
Are there bayo lugs?
Is there an attached bayo
How long is the gun

Without one pic, he's going to need to supply several thousand words.
