Guess it depends on what you want to have done. I called the Shooting Edge recently and their 'smith doesnt do rebarrel jobs.

I ended up having my barrel screwed on by Mick McPhee.

I have no issues with ATR but their wait times are longer than some of the other smiths.

I have a Ruger #1 that needs a barrel installed and some other small "work" done to it but unfortunately it isnt the type of firearm that ATR works on.

Everyone seems to have their own "specialty" they like to work with.
