Can anyone recommend a gunsmith in Ontario?

I'm looking to get some action work done on my rem700 but the smith who installed my barrel has gotten away from actual gun smithing.

I'd like to keep it in Ontario if possible, and I'd like some recommendations instead of just taking to the first one I find.

I'm in the same position as the OP. I have a McMillan A4 that is about 2" or more too long in terms of lop. Anyone know of a smith close to Hamilton that's good to remove my decelerator pad, cut the stock down and reinstall a new pad?
