Can anyone tell me what these are?

I'm guessing bullet sizing dies of some sort and case mouth expanders? Any idea who made em? How they are used. I got them in an estate sale along with a bunch of Lyman sizing gear.

Lee push through sizing dies and cutter for pan lubing. Size as stamped.

Not 100% sure from the picture if the third one is the same.
