Can I borrow STI Mags ?

Hey gang,

Here's the thing...scheduled to shoot Ontarios Provincials.....and having problem with my own.45 that I can't fix in time for the match...
a good buddy is offering his spare STI....but not enough mags.....Wondering if anyone has some spares i can borrow for the match....if anyone has 3 mags laying around or 1 mag each from various shooters ?
If so, please PM and we'll arrange to meet or if at the range Sunday, I'll grab them there...

why not use your mags in the STI (asuming you are shooting a single stack and borrowwing the same)

I suspect that when he asks for STI mags he means Double stackers.........

IIRC Colt was using a single stack 1911 platform in the past (now dumbed down to 8 rds by IPSC Execs).
