Can I buy pmags in the US if they are pinned at 5?

I can't seem to find a retailer in Canada with the m3s in stock. A bunch of places in the US have them, and for cheaper might I add. Is there a problem having these come into Canada? Do I need special paperwork or anything, or can I just buy them and give them my address and that's that? Thanks for the help.

Only if you use them in a non restricted ar 15

They absolutely must be pinned before you attempt bringing 'em in. Downside is that nobody Stateside will do it for you and ship.

If you can find a properly licensed dealer who sells to California (also restricted to 5 or 10 rounds), they might be able to help you. Brownells?
