It isn't that my current reference is bad, its just that she is literally so busy that squeezing a few minutes of time for her is a real challenge.

It may be prudent for a change to get this moving as the last interview is the only piece of the puzzle left.

You can call the CFC and advise them that your one of your references is unavailable (they could be sick, out of the country on work etc).
