Can I convert my glock?

Hello,

I currently have a Glock 22 that I am turning into a racegun. I would like to know if you can run a Glock 34 or 35 slide on the G22 frame or if I am out to lunch?

Also, if I am able to, what parts are different to the Glock 22? I assume I need a different recoil rod and spring (if I am to build a long slide from parts)

You can but why run with a longer barrel in a G22? It will look stupid. Just run it with a G17 barrel. I assume you mean gen 3.

Glock 35 and 22 have the same frame and recoil system and take the same mags. The only differences are the longer slide and barrel.
