can I shoot commercial 38 S+W in a enfield 2

commercial 38S&W is VERY anemic, no worries with the enfield which is about the strongest hinged revolver out there.

I only have experience with Remington 38S&W. As hitzy said, they are not exactly "HIGHPOWER"

In fact, many who have watched me shoot, have seen the slug traveling downrange. (I though it was wadding I was seeing)

Both the original .380 round and the .38S&W round are equally pathetic.

Comment from a Canadian pilot who was ordered to turn in his 1911 and draw the enfield revolver. "The only thing I could be absolutely sure of hitting with it was the floor!" Of course he was NOt referring to the Colt!;)

I sure would be reluctant to give up a 1911 for an Enfield, but my little RCAF .38 will put the hole where I wanted it, 25 yards that way...maybe the RCAF stamp helps!!!:dancingbanana: Power wise they are not magnums, but you don't gotta blow his head off, just put a hole in it,, ball games are won not by home runs but bye base hits!!!
