can I use .380 ACP bullets for reloading 9mm Luger?

I know that the 9 mm bullets probably won't work in the .380 casing as there won't be enough room for powder but what about the other way around? 95 gr in a 9 mm?

I've used them in 357 sig; accuracy was terrible, I assume from pushing them way beyond their intended velocity. You may have similar problems in 9mm, depending on how fast you push them.

How about on a blowback gun? Say... a Beretta CX4 with a 19" barrel?

Wear a welders helmet.

In a locked breech gun, you can get away with anything that falls within the normal pressure limits of the cartridge.

In a blowback gun, if you begin to go outside the norms for the case, you can get into trouble.

My fear is a 95 gr bullet loaded to the same power factor as it's 115-125-147 gr cousins may see the bolt moving before the bullet has left the barrel, blowing out the brass.
