Mais certainment.
It is no different from any other 9mm pistol in that regard. Really it isn't.
(Start counter for the number of times "Kaboom" is mentioned in replies.. )

I have about 47k rounds of lead reloads through my G-19 no problems. Use a quality cast lead bullet and clean as required.

I use excel copper washed bullets. 124 grain with 4.1 grains of reddot powder with a winchester small pistol primmer in my glock 34. I will be looking for a different load though as my keg of free powder has ended and I feel that it is slightly dirtier than other powder.

what are bullet tips?

using lead in factory Glock barrels is simply inviting trouble. sure you might have thousands of rounds through yours, but I also know of 10 Glocks personally that have gone KB from using supposed hard cast lead bullets, and were being cleaned after every shooting. There is a reason Glocks states not to use lead in your factory barrels and to counsel someone to repeat your mistake is criminal in my mind. standard jacketed bullets are no problem however just make sure you know what you are doing.
