Can somebody run Quickload for a 300 RUM?

A friend of mine gave me 40 pieces of once reloaded brass (twice fired) to run through my Thumlers SS wet tumbler.
Upon decapping the brass I found all of his primer pockets to be quite loose.

Looking through my reloading manuals it seems like his load was too hot but when checking the water weight of his cartridges they seem to have 10% more interior volume than Nosler brass.

His load was RP cases with an interior volume equivalent to 113.9gr of water weight.
97gr Retumbo
200gr Nosler Accubond 3.600" OAL.
WLRM Primer

If the primer pockets are all loose when seating new primers, I wouldn't even bother with calculations, I would just reduce the load. I trust loose primer pockets over Quickload any day.

His load is 4.5 grains over the Nosler data; chances are changing brass isn't going make that much difference.

My own .300 is a custom tight chambered, shorter throated rig that stubbornly won't take more than a grain over the Nosler starting loads with H1000 and Retumbo in Nosler brass. The velocities exceed those of the highest listed loads for those powders, so I don't cry much.

My Remington brass seems to be about 10 grains lighter than my Nosler. and exactly the same as my Norma that I haven't tried yet.
