Can these bones live?

I'm thinkin' the dry bones scripture is easier on the head than the ones that apply to phlames of the everlasting variety.

Matthew 18:8

If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire...

Or just Krylon that puppy...

I put that shyte on everything...

It occurs to me that Weatherby could really make things interesting if they were to combine the flamer pattern with their skull pattern..... They could call it their "Purgatory" pattern and put it out in a special run..... chambered in .270..... :)

All of those "specialty" patterns are either ugly or creepy... a guy came in to range a couple days ago with a big bench rig covered in florescent green zombies... yikes.

The good old days!

Took my oldest shopping for some targets in the way to the range...... Was looking for some of those ones that show your hit so he could get instant feedback when shooting his .22...... He spied the zombie ones and wanted them real bad......

I bought the regular ones and seized the opportunity during the dive to have some crucial talks..... Birds, bees, drugs, alcohol and zombies aren't real were topics of choice......

Just outta bite-range...

Was he wearing a plate carrier?..... Those guys are my favorites........

If I didn't know Ted's background, I would be worried about him...... During the 5 years I have had the priveledge of getting to know him better he has spoken highly of three cartridges..... His beloved .366, the .270 and the 30-30.......

And I am seeing his interest and enthusiasm in flames and bones....

I don't want to alarm anyone with mathematics, but if you add 366 + 270 + 30 the outcome isn't good!

Ted: When you read this, I apologize...... Just couldn't resist!..... Lol..... :)

Typical oh Ted, pok'in a wee bit oh fun at .......... uhm........... garsh duzz I dare........?
Oh wait, seen a boat today named Why Knot.
No chit.

Ware wuzz eye?...........:onCrack:

No problem, I have a friend that sticketh closer than a brother! (Prov 18:24)

Just bought another 30-30 today. Haven't seen it yet, but it's coming from one of the good guys. ;)

BTW, the picture was taken with my new camera. Thanks very much!
Ted

I don't care what anyone else says Ted..... I love that t-shirt.......

Retro is where it's at...... If i took a pic of some of mine, I might be boots from the forum.... Lol

I bet it shoots. H1000, seat to the lands, done deal.

I've found 300 Wins and Vanguards to both be boringly predictable.

Exactly! What I am really up to is shocking everybody at the range who have never seen me with much other than walnut and blued steel.

The Rem 783 was the first. Still shootin' it into tiny groups with almost everything I feed it.

The Hot 300 Magnum was the first 300 Vanguard, and it has gone to a new home, so needed another eye-opener. ;) The amazing thing is, so far everybody like it!

Have a good weekend, and God bless you guys!
Ted
