Canadian tire in Niagara falls Montrose rd has 1400 rd wooden cased 7.63×39 for $280. Nit the cheapest out there but no extra shipping. They had six cases out on floor
The 1400 case st CT is Romanian. I paid $224. Quite dirty though...after firing it the brass casing gets completely covered in residue making the it look gray/green.
