Can you buy a CZ 858 receiver anywhere?

Marstar had some once, but the barrels were pressed in...its a 600 rifle,they sell us made ones stateside, but they have proprietary mags and as such suck.

All the VZ 58-type rifles have pressed barrels.

Century Arms US-made VZ2008 receivers use regular VZ mags. As do the other US makers like ORF or OOW.

As for the OP's question, I've never seen a bare receiver for sale in Canada. Closest to that was the Marstar VZ58L barreled receivers mentioned above, but most of them seemed to have headspace issues.
 
This is one I built on an ORF stripped receiver.
Easy, just like building AK's but without the need to rivet the receiver.
