RCBS makes a berdan depriming tool. However, reloading berdan primers is more trouble than it's worth. There are very few cartridges that come with berdan primers that you can't get as boxer primed brass.

I also use the RCBS tool, it works great on GP11 brass.

so would it be possible to reload berdan primed steel cases? ive seen boxer primed steel done before without any more trouble but i didnt know there was even tools available to reprime berdans........
