Can you confirm this recipe?

A fine CGN member gave me this recipe but I haven't been able to get in touch with him, so I am hoping someone can help confirm his recipe. It is for a RSI 3" steel shotshell load, but he quotes a 2 & 3/4" SAM1 wad. Can someone check their RSI book and confirm if the load shown below calls for a 2 &3/4" wad or a 3" wad.

RSI #88
Hull Rem 3" straight walled plastic base
Winchester 209 primer
44.0 gr alliant STEEL powder
RSI SAM 1 23/4" wad
470 grains shot (#2 )
1730 fps
