Can You Do A Restricted Transfer With CFP Online? Stuck In ER Recovery All Week

Sold a restricted handgun last Sunday to fellow CGN'r. Was going to call in transfer Monday AM. My appendix ruptured Monday AM and they removed it Monday PM at the ER.

In the process the first surgeon punctured my bladder. 23 hours later back to emergency OR to have bladder puncture repaired by a different bladder Doctor.

Tried to initiate transfer Wednesday AM in recovery but do to poor signal in hospital it kept dropping the call. Been on IV anti-biotics ever since to clear up pelvic infection.

Can you initiate a restricted transfer with CFP online? Newer gunnie and I want to get the restricted off to him soonest.

Stuck in recovery until Friday PM. Pretty spaced out on meds so hope it's not a stupid question. Laptop works good in hospital.

It is a stupid question in the sense that you have other things to worry about. I am sure the buyer can wait a few days for you to get back on your feet. I applaud your desire to keep the train running on time but don’t sweat it. Rest up, and have a speedy recovery.

Only businesses can do transfers online.
If the buyer has all the information, he can initiate the transfer.
Just let him know there is a delay, and get the process started as soon as you are able.
You have more important things to think about.
