Can You Find Discharge Of Firearms Zoning Maps For Prescott Russell??

I have spent hours looking all over the internet for the zoning maps for Prescott Russell and have come up with nothing. Ottawa Carleton has them right on there website. Does anyone have a link to this or can anyone point me in the right direction?

The MNR is extremely reluctant to give that information out for some reason, don’t know why. But there is this nice guy that worked for several years in compiling all the information together and he came up with 2 books of crown property and game parks, locations and maps.
