Can you fire 45ACP in a Glock 37 GAP?

NO skil or real knowledge in this BUT the 45 acp brass gets very thick lower to the base.45 gap is high pressure. Just sounds like a bad and dangerous concept.
I have read others ask this in other forms and a LOUD NO! was always the answer.

Ok learned a lot from a friend about the case situation. No No for acp in a gap. Which leads me to my final question. Gap is .451 and my lee molds are .452 . Can't find any info on bullet molds for gap. will the lee mold .452 bullets work in gap. I have the 452 230 rn

The 45 GAP can accommodate most any available 45 ACP bullet. However, the larger the bullet the less volume of powder that can be dropped in the already smaller volume GAP case so while the .230 gr. bullets can be used I would suggest something in the 185-200 grain range, otherwise you'll be running at pretty high pressures. As for bullet diameter, cast bullets are best at 1-2 thou over nominal bore diameter so if your mould is dropping bullets at .452 and your bore diameter is .451 you are good to go.
