Hi , BBB I placed an order on April 24 #14008 . I received a tracking email from canada post right away but it has sat stagnant since. It states that they have not received the package. Could you let me know where the package is.

we sent you an email about this.
we are looking into it , Canada post cant find it, will try and get more info about that today.
if nothing can be found we will issue a refund
