I purchased a Konus 20x-60x 100mm spotting scope and my camera tripod is just woefully inadequate for it stability wise. I think the scope is about 6 lbs.
Any recommendations on a scope for range use that won't break the bank? I don't plan to take it wildlife viewing - just thr range.
