Yes, you can reload those.

yup. I reaload 30-06, and 270 brass of that make and never had a problem. you just have to get rid of the primer crimp.

How many reloads do you think you could get out of one of these? Assuming I only neck size...

lots. It is not the most uniform brass in the world, but it is strong. I have used x54r and 303 for several loadings. I always FL size. Not big on rounds that don't chamber wet.
