can you reload with a Jacketed hallow point bullets?
Never reloaded before... and im not familar with the process.

Do those have holy water in the tip or something?

Seriously, yes. Why not, they're just bullets. If you're using data for regular solid bullet, you may have to adjust OAL so there's the same amount of space behind the bullet, because hollow points are longer than a solid of the same weight.

Same as any other bullet.. Then again you have never reloaded before so you wouldnt know that. Lots of good material out there to read up on if you're looking to get into reloading. Dont just say "okay I am going to reload now" and get at at without learning and understanding the process. Its for your own safety and those immediately around you...

I only reload hollow points. In my rifles I use hollow points, and for my pistols I use hollow points.
I find them to be a very accurate bullet.
I have also found that for .30cal, the 165gr boat tail hollow point is the most accurate bullet in my rifle. I just cant get the other ones to fly that close together.....
