I have not seen it pointed out for BC like I have Ontario regarding selling a fur/hide you tanned at home. I recall Ontario used to only allow you to sell hides tanned at a tannery then changed it to home tanned hides but I can't find this info for BC.

I plan to get my Trapping licence next year, but will only be trapping a small number of Raccoons on my property in my spare time when in season. I have already bought a few home tanning kits (The Tannery & Rittel's) and plan to try my hand at tanning and was then thinking I could sell the furs locally, like to crafts people.

Not sure about the regs, but I've heard nasty things about skinning and prepping raccoon pelts. Lots of scraping fat especially the ones in urban-ish areas. Not speaking from personal experience. But three family members are trappers and none will touch a raccoon.
Also not sure what they go for now, but it was quite low last year.
