I have a couple of ARs but the triggers are Crap. I would like to improve the trigger pull and have it break much like a target rifle or just improve the existing one.
Having a selection of H-Bar uppers and short barrels with crappy triggers, and it restricts the ability of the gun.
I am looking for a source of trigger parts, or someone that can tune a trigger and average cost?

I am also looking for a couple of Buffer Retainers and springs, also springs and detent for the take down pins?

I've put a Timney trigger in my newest creation and its great. I have a 2 stage Rock River as well and its nice. not as clean breaking as the Timney but much better than the origional. ATRS in Calgary has both.

I put one on my PWS Mk110 and it my groups have been awesome. Great trigger upgrade. Easily the first thing you should do to an AR if you want any kind of accuracy.

What, do you think our expertise is free? God i hate it when people ask for expert opinions. :p

Just do what this guy does at 5:50 (skip everything before) it will sort out 99% of lousy AR triggers. If you are still pulling your AR trigger with your finger tip you will continue to throw shots. It is a simple body mechanics problem that people try to fix by lightening triggers.

Yeah! +1 for this video.

If you intend to upgrade anyway, just do some quick mods to the stock trigger and see if it works for you.

1 thing different I did extra was polish down the contact points with some polishing compound and fabric type brush on dremel. It made the surfaces much smoother. I suppose I didn't have to worry about filing off too much stuff with this method.

End result. My index finger doesn't hurt after 50 rounds (I guess in part of bending hammer spring) and trigger pull is much more smoother and clean. I like this mod. Worked for me. too bad I can't compare with what a $250-300 trigger feels like.
