I was at the Kamloops gun show awhile back and a guy had a 30-30 lever with a scope on it. The guy was in the curling rink area selling knives (I think) and this one gun for his brother. My question is what kind of scope was it? The eyesight was much larger than most scopes and almost square rather than round. I really liked the way it looked and how clearly and easily I was able to focus with the larger eye piece. I am kicking myself for not buying it and haven't been able to figure out what kind of scope it was since then. Any help and reviews of the scope would be appreciated! :)
 
As you can see I have dredged this thread that I started quite a while ago. I have since bought a new (to me) rifle and want a new scope. I really liked the wider eyepiece and because of my bad eyes I feel it would help me when I am trying to bring the rifle up when game is spotted. I missed one last fall because I couldn't find it in the scope quick enough. I now know these particular ones are no longer around so I am looking for suggestions on newer models with the wider eyepiece. If it makes a difference it is going on a Remington 760 30-06.
