Some newbie questions.

Regarding to the Noveske, what does it mean by Vltor VIS and MUR. Is MUR a lot more inferior than VIS?

Seceond question, are all Noveske rifle share the same lower? I have a diplomat rifle and might get a longer upper now.

Vltor is the manufacturerbof the upper receiver. The VIS is a one peice assembly with integral rail system and the MUR is their receiver with no rail, Noveske then adds a custom rail they have made specifically for them . So it is a two piece versus the VIS which is a one piece system. Both are excellent. Only practical difference would be a potential weight difference and the one piece would be theoretically stiffer, but I suspect you would never be able to tell.
