Canada post delivered my s&w m&p .22 lr 5 days early

My new pistol was shipped on Monday and was not supposed to be here until July 3rd. Imagine my surprise when it showed up on Friday.

Really like the size and weight of it and so does the wife!!!! She's really interested in going to range to shoot it!!!

What should I do to get this ready for the range? I've never owned a pistol before!

Wipe it down, run a patch down the bore and then oil/grease the working parts.

Buy a lottery ticket. If you got it that fast you're on a roll (or someone at CP screwed up royally but actually pushing the mail through on time).

I agree. Unfortunately Canada is in the way. I'm at outlaws for Canada day long weekend and pistol is at home! Quite frustrating!

Good thing it shipped via Canada Post. If it would have been shipped via UPS, they would have found the address to be undeliverable and would have tried to charge you brokerage fees on a domestic shipment.

Anyone know the Barrel Length of the S&W M&P22 Pistol being sold in Canada, by QUESTAR?

It is not shown on their website...

Is it in fact a S&W FACTORY MADE / FACTORY SUPPLIED barrel?

Will S&W honor the warranty?

Any answers to these questions would be greatly appreciated...
