Canada Post shipping issue for some packages shipped on 08/Jun

We shipped around 30 packages on 08/Aug for the M&P15s and most of them to AB/BC seems OK on track.
But 5 of them to GTA around area have no tracking updates since which is wired.
We have opened tickets with CPC and waiting for further info.

I bought a computer from best** and it sat at Missauga sorting for 3 days --till I Put a track on it
should have been delivered next day
 
Had this problem last month, everything came on time but the tracking info stopped in Ontario, maybe someone is not entering stuff properly.
 
Just wanted to say that I am one of the people affected by the non-existent tracking updates since Durham Outdoors dropped the package off at the post office.

Mike has been very patient with me and has answered all my questions. He's quick to respond even late into the evening.

100% Canada Post's fault, but I'm glad I purchased from a vendor who is dedicated to customer service and is always willing to help! I cannot remotely say the same about Canada Post though.
 


At this rate it will be same day shipping! lol.

On a more positive note, an hour after Durham Outdoors posted this thread, the tracking status has been updated to item processed at sorting centre after 4 days being in limbo.

Just a observation. Tracking through CP has taken a real turn for the worse in about the last year.

Packages are arriving on time. However, tracking doesn't update, sometimes it shows "item processed" or some other CP term>>>20 minutes in the future, and sometimes there is no tracking>>>>then it's delivered>>>>suddenly days of tracking show.
 
Got a lot email confirmation this morning, all OK now!

Im always a bit paranoid when I have a firearm in the mail.
I guess a label that says "Joe's gun store" on a long heavy box can attract attention from unscrupulous CP employees

My package was just delivered. Wont' be home till after work, but at least I know a box has arrived that bears the same tracking number as the one provided by Durham Outdoors!
 
Nothing new, seems to happen all the time to my orders. Their tracking system is terrible. Ex, item accepted at post office......... Then nothing for four days...... then delivered.
