Canada sources for banded ramp front sight?

Not knowing any better, I cut off a 9.3x57 barrel to 20" - unsoldered the existing front sight ramp - scraped off the bluing where I wanted to re-attach that ramp - cleaned and re-tinned both parts - then "sweated" them together - tried more than once to knock that off with a wood block - it is still there. If it matters, I think the original Husqvarana solder was likely 50/50 lead/tin or similar - what I used had 3% or 4% silver in it. I chose to fuss a bit about the bore - I think it got Heat Stop clay in there - so the soldering heat did not wreck the rifling.

Here is how I make banded front sights:
Take a piece of thin walled tube and fit it onto the barrel. I turn and bore on the lathe as necessary. Start with something that barely starts onto the barrel.. Tap it onto the barrel a short distance, then tap around the circumference. This will expand the ID slightly. Repeat until the tube is on the barrel as far as desired. Tapping the tube onto the barrel and tapping the exterior fits the tube to the barrel taper. Basically, the tube is driven on, driven off, with a tight fit. Solder the front sight ramp to the tube. Cut away most of the tube leaving a streamlined band. Drill and tap in the dovetail for a set screw. Clean up and blue. I have made a number this way. Look good when installed, and a lot cheaper than NECG.
