Canadaammo.com is seeking a new General Manager.
I am taking my career in a slightly different direction and we need to fill my position with a person who embodies the characteristics of leadership, integrity, accountability, responsibility and a strong work ethic.
The General Manager is responsible for the following:
Leadership and management of all Canadaammo.com employees
Management of day to day operations
Planning and execution of annual strategic plan
Business development
Inventory procurement
Retail sales tracking, analysis, and maintenance
B2B and Government wholesale sales
International trade compliance
Government regulation compliance
International logistics management
Website management and improvement
Retail and wholesale customer service
Planning and execution of marketing strategies (social media, digital, event, and traditional)
Minor graphic design for marketing purposes
The ideal candidate will posses the following:
Strong knowledge of firearms and the Canadian firearms industry
Experience in a leadership position
Experience/Education in business:
- Retail/wholesale management
- Sales and procurement
- Inventory management
- International trade
- Domestic and international logistics
- Marketing (digital, social media, event, traditional)
