Bought two NM213's from them thru web site. Received two e-mails in reply an invoice and a "processed successfully" notice. Have left a couple of messages on voice mail and sent an e-mail but no one has responded. My question was simple - does the "processed successfully" notice mean they've been shipped or what?
Could someone who has dealt with them before tell me what the message meant :confused: . thx

They dont ship your items till you get a completed email. They actually shipped my M213 the day before they sent my completed email. So when you get an email saying your order has been completed it means they are mailing or have already mailed your stuff.

Processed successfully means they are charging you for your purchase and they are initiating the transfer and whatever else needs to be done.

No they dont always notify you. My first one showed up at my door the same day I recieved the completed email, and my second one was found left in my mailbox and no signature, and no email saying your order has been succesfully completed. I never did get a notice on the second one
