Does anyone have any feed back on barrels from JC Custom barrels in New-Brunswick?

Thanks

Have 2 of his barrels, very high quality, outstanding finish and very accurate, great guy to deal with and talk to.

Jury and there is a new one that Brent Meyer is associated with and Ted Gaillard in Manitoba. Is Ron Smith still making barrels?

Rob McLennan sold his gear to someone I believe in AB. He originally made button rifled barrels and then cut rifled.

JC said today that he just bought 2 more lathes and is working hard.

Hi. I was the guy who introduced JC to the Ruger RPR, after seeing some of his F-Class barrels doing magical things to Bergers. I have purchased four(4) barrels in the last six months, and they are all that they're claimed to be.

They are NOT Bartlien or Krieger blanks(though he can work those too). They are hand bored, rifle cut, stainless, hand lapped pieces of hole punching goodness. He has a great practice of relieving stress in the blank by contouring before boring, ensuring a zero runout profile.

They have completely transformed my PRS rifles, and I look forward to playing with them in some F-class. It also helps that he's an honest guy with a small shop, no overhead costs, and a true love of the sport.
