Canadian Barrel Makers

A friend of mine in Sweden is looking for barrel makers here as it is such a pain to do all the paperwork the US requires. Any recommendations and contact info? TIA

Here is one Canadian maker I recommend. You won't find a better match grade barrel than Ted Gaillard in Saskatchewan. He only make stainless benchrest quality barrels.

ar10 barrel

6 weeks ago i was so desperate to acquire a bull barrel to replace my existing ar10 barrel. I called DPMS and Armalite.......no stock. a fellow cgn member recommented Barry of Bits of Pieces. he made me one from scratch. it turns out very good, he crowned the barrel, blued it, fitted it on my ar uppers. it shoots so accurate. he used a heym chrome vanadium steel.its worth the wait.

What do you mean "he made me one from scratch" ? You mean he mfg'd you a barrel?

sorry big bull, he started from a blank 308 heym vanadium chrome barrel.
i gave him my 308 barrel extension, after 6 weeks i got my upper in the mail.
