CAF appears to have purchased a number of Eichorn made "Bayonet 2000" for the C7 etc rifles. What is the CAF designation for this arm?

They replaced the Nella bayonet, I imagine due to Nella's poor hardening and then tempering. They were not tempered when I was in and the replacement were soft.

the specs on the new C7 bayonet, I think a few sponsors have them for sale

C7 Bayonet P/N 09653C-1 NSN 1095-20-001-6751
Scabbard, Bayonet P/N 09669C-1 NSN 1095-20-001-6758
Carrier, Scabbard, P/N 0376368-1 NSN 1095-20-001-5634

So we have two different bayonets with same number C7 designation.
Is Canada now using 20 as well as 21 as the national identifier in the NSN system?

The trial bayonet says Bayonet 2000 on it. The scabbard has a flat tip screw driver on it. There is a trial CADPAT scabbard. The first issued bayonets had Diemaco on them. Later issued had the maple leaf on it. Colt Canada was going to offer a special bayonet for the SA15.7 and SA20, but never did, do to the whining on CGN. I have the only sample produced.

WTF could CGN have said that would make Colt change their minds????
