Canadian firearms centre wait times

So I sent in my application for my rpal last week and I sent it tracked and they received it on the 26th of March. So today I called them to check on it. I was told it wasn't even in the system yet and to call back in another 4-6 weeks. I thought it was only a 28 day manitory wait. Would love to speed things up anyone have any ideas?

they receive mine (rpal) in 20th not in system will take 2-3 week for them to open the app, and check online calling before they open your app is a waste of time

Same as me...told me 5 weeks, but to call again in 2 weeks.
