How did Frank shoot? Also, did Rod Boll and his son make it out to the shoot?

Damn those photos bring back memories... :D

Nice to see Cynthia doing well - did she bring Olivia and grandma out again, or are they all back home in NY?

Also, is that Kirk flanking in pic 3? He never told me for sure whether he was coming out, but if he did make it I'll have to make sure to get down there and grab his ass for old times' sake... LOL!

-M, Frank is shooting better than at the worlds, but I did not get much time to study the results at the end of the day. I will get a full rundown tomorrow. Rod and Kal made it, and that is Kirk actually judging the round. The gang's all here.

Nice! Glad to hear things are better for Frank... I have to see about getting down sometime before singles finals. It'd be good to see the old farts again!

Women's doubles champion is Cynthia Meyer.
Men's doubles champion is Giuseppe DiSalvatore.

For Doc M, Kirk was second, Rod 3rd and Frank 9th.

Edited to add: These are UNOFFICIAL results. Please don't quote me.

Thanks Sharptail!

Rumour has it that people are wondering where I'm hiding myself lately, so I guess I should head out at some point (maybe Friday before I skip town for my cousin's stag this weekend).

Well, it's all over. Giuseppe Di Salvatore is the youngest ever (16 years old) Canadian champion, an astounding performance. The women's final came down to a shoot off between young Amanda Chudoba and the perennial Sandra Honour. The tension was palpable. Sandra won.

This was the last hurrah for the Strathcona range, and the turnout was tremendous. A special thank you goes to the Americans who came to provide some competition and add an international flavour to the event. There were tears of nostalgia at the awards ceremony. Many people lingered after the event, reluctant to leave when all was over. All told, it was a very special event, unlikely to be replicated any time soon.
