Canadian laws for reloading supplies?

I've been looking around at reloading equipment online and i cant seem to find a decent package from an online retailer (Canadian) to get started . Can anyone recommend a site and some decent equipment to move forward with this?

I came across one package but it seemed to come with what appeared to be a lot of excess items I probably wouldn't require.

thanks

just from my experience being a newb...take it for what it's worth...

sirmailorder.com/ has the best prices I could find for equipment.

99$ for a lee 50th anniversary press kit.
59$ for a Cebalas tumbler(I've only used this one a few times so can't comment on how long it will last)

wholesalesports.com for components(powder/primers) and dies.

no expericence with bullets yet..still reasearching that part of it. so far, looks like Marstar and some folks on this board(badboybeseen or something like that) problaby seem to have the best prices for those. Unless you're looking for match grade instead of plinking...
