Hey all, I've looked about through various forums and googled 'till I wanted to pitch my computer out the window and I still can't find any Canadian made ammo for sale.

Any help?
Any leads?
Thanks all.

Challenger makes shotgun shells.
Wolf, Reloads popular calibers and sells loaded ammo
Canadian BDX/Combat Masters, Reloads and sells loaded ammo

Civilian ammo was made by Imperial and Dominion in Quebec,it's now IVI and they sell strictly to miltary contractors.

I haven't heard of any commercial reloaders in BC so Combat Masters/CanadianBDX are the closest to you.

Kurt is a hard guy to get ahold of but they have a good product.

Consummation...isn't that what you do on your honeymoon? Or maybe you actually meant to use that word instead of consumption. If so, that's funny sh*t! I do love to shoot that much. Now on to your question...Yes, but it is so varied that we probably couldn't get enough quantities together to interest a supplier. We would all have to be issued the same calibres. Hence why we have limited calibres in the military. Be interesting to try though.

Thanks for catching my spelling mistake, guess i should pay attention when ieSpell is making suggestions :) even with military calibers, .5.56, 7.62 and 9mm it would be a hell of a lot. Group buy would be a mess to coordinate, so i guess we will be counting on one of the dealers to take the plunge if the price is good.

CGN factory ammo?

5.56, 7.62 and 9mm is all the centerfire I need personally... (I chose my guns with NATO in the back of my head).

but we should definitely keep digging on this one. it does not make sense that I have to buy ammo from a different country when such a fine factory is a couple miles away...

from what I understood on their website they seems to be producing components for a greater variety of calibre for civilian use also. it sounds like they very likely provide the factories we get our ammo from with everything they need.
all we need is a CGN factory, and we would have our very own line of ammo...
